Reserve the Pavilion

Service Description

Important Information regarding the Pavilion is shown below, please read this before making your reservation: A $50 Deposit is required to reserve the Pavilion, and this deposit must be paid through MJS. This deposit is refundable within 7-14 days after the conclusion of your event, as long as the Pavilion is found to be in good, clean condition after your event concludes. There is a Propane Grill available for use during your event. Contact a member of the Board of Directors to obtain access to the Grill. Please note that propane is not provided by the HOA, and you are responsible for bringing your own Propane and keeping the Grill, Pavilion, and Grounds clean at all times. If reserving the Grill, a key to access the storage building will be provided to you, which must be returned to a Board Member within 24 hours. Pavilion Hours: During the Spring and Summer Months, the Pavilion is open from 7:00am until 9:00pm. During the Fall and Winter Months, the Pavilion is open from 7:00am until 7:00pm. Rules and Regulations: You must be a resident of the Osprey Homeowners Association to reserve or use the Pavilion, Playground, or any Common Areas in Osprey. Guests are allowed to use the facilities, provided that they are supervised at all times by an adult resident who lives in the Osprey subdivision. There is to be absolutely No Smoking in Pavilion Area, Playground, or any Common Area in Osprey. Violation of this rule is grounds for suspension or permanent revocation of the privilege to use any Common Areas in Osprey, at the discretion of the Osprey HOA Board of Directors. Please note that you, as the reservation holder, are responsible for the conduct of yourself, and all of your guests. You also are responsible for keeping the Pavilion clean at all times. Should you fail to uphold your duties, you will forfeit your deposit, and may be charged an additional amount if the cost of cleaning or repairs exceeds the price of your deposit. In addition, you may also lose the privilege of being able to use the Pavilion, Playground, and Common Areas in Osprey, at the discretion of the Osprey HOA Board of Directors.
